Chad is an experienced banking relationship manager with over a decade’s worth of experience providing debt funding to property developers and investors across England & Wales. During that time he has funded hundreds of new homes, including LivEco’s award winning Great House Farm sustainable development in St Fagans. With a keen interest in sustainability, Chad was instrumental in launching Principality’s £20m Green Development Fund in 2021, with the aim of encouraging SME house builders to develop more low carbon homes. He has spoken at a number of industry events on the financial aspects of net zero homes and modern methods of construction and was a judge for the Cardiff Property Awards 2022. Chad won the Emerging Property Person of the Year at the Wales Insider Property Awards 2023.
Outside of work Chad enjoys running (slowly) and being outdoors with his family.
