Mackenzie Denyer

I am a writer/researcher at Ethical Consumer, a not-for-profit alternative consumer magazine and campaign group based in Manchester. I predominately work on the organisation's consultancy projects, in which we help other businesses and campaign groups address difficult issues, implement policy and orchestrate campaigns. I have been working for Ethical Consumer since 2016, joining the coop after I completed a degree in Peace and Development Studies at Bradford University.

Whilst working at Ethical Consumer I have researched a wide range of topics, from ethical markets, to grouse shooting, animal testing, welfare of tea estate workers and the underwear industry!

I have a keen interest in climate change, consumer action, procurement systems and sustainable food systems.
